The War for American Independence: The Battles of Lexington and Concord

Thank you to all who attended our presentation last night! As I mentioned in my comments, I probably went overboard in terms of detail, but hopefully you came away from the talk knowing a little more about the battles that initiated the birth of our country.
I have attached several items below. First, here are the books I recommended on the Revolution in general, and on the battles of Lexington, Concord, and Bunker Hill.

Also below are two articles on the Colonial militia in 1775, and a chapter from Stephen Conway's book that does a good job of outlining the background to the Revolution.
